This program is administered by the Clean Energy Program. The program pays up to 80% of retrofit costs to facilities within an Urban Enterprise Zone, Opportunity Zone, owned or operated by a local government, K-12 public school, or designated as affordable housing. Other types of facilities receive an incentive up to 70% of retrofit costs. Systems and equipment involved include lighting/lighting-controls, HVAC, Refrigeration, Motors, Variable Frequency Drives, Hot Water Conservation Measures.
