Available funding is $500 million (33. 6 million for states: up to 600,000 per State applicant including DC, 300,000 can be used for mitigation planning and planning related activates). $20 million for tribes (capability and capacity building actives can not exceed 600,000 per applicant). National competition for mitigation projects include 446. 4 million and any remaining funds ($50 million per sub application). Applications are due in January 2021.
