This program is administered by the Office of Climate Change. Eligible projects include: infrastructure retrofits, emergency barriers, community cooling centers, emergency response systems, and other FEMA CRS activities. Additional activities related to GHG reduction include: VMT reduction projects,food scrap recycling, methane leakage reduction projects, and projects designed to reduce fluorinated GHGs. Non-eligible applicants (Non-Profits) can partner with a municipality to access funding.
