This program is administered by the CARB. Funding for zero-emission carsharing, carpooling/vanpooling, bike sharing/scooter sharing, innovative transit services and ride on demand services. Funding covers a maximum of three years (one yea of f planning and two years of operating). Up to $1 million to launch and operate, or up to $600,000 for expanding existing projects.
