This program is administered by the NY Power Authority. Audit and feasibility assessments identify efficiency and energy savings opportunities such as: Analyze costs and historic utility use (including electric, oil, gas, and steam); complete facility survey, develope an Energy Utilization Index; and determine GHG reductions from reccomended measures.
